 -Why are there no returns or exchanges? 

Every thing we make at KCT DESIGNS LLC is a unique customization designed for you. Therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges because, each item is unique and handmade. Please be sure to place your order carefully. No changes can be made after production begins. 

 

For craft supplies we do not offer returns for safety regulations due to Covid and supply restrictions.

-Where are the custom products made? 

All of our products are handmade by our designer, in our workshop. 

  

-Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, currently we ship worldwide with USPS, Fed Ex and UPS.

 

-Do you have sales and promotions? 

Yes, we do. We run different promotions through our Facebook page, Instagram page, Twitter and through our newsletter. Please like, follow and subscribe to all of our social media for exclusive discounts on each individual one.

How can I purchase rhinestones?

 Rhinestones are sold by the jar, by weight and by bag sizes. We have done our due diligence to count out each weight to give you an approximation of how many stones will be in that size. Different sizes and colors come in different quantities to order, so please select your color and size, to see what is in current stock.
